Step 21
To create a new phonebook click on Phonebook, then New. Type in a name for the phonebook and click Create.
A prompt will appear asking if you would like to use the keytone set from a previous phonebook. If you choose Yes you will be taken to the Choose Keytone Set to Select window, where you can select a keytone set from a previous phonebook that you might have created.
If you choose No to using a previous keytone set, you will be asked if you want to use the default keytones (these are: 3 for TOSSBACK, 4 for NOT INTERESTED, 6 for DISCONNECTED, 7 for SALE/LEAD, and 0 for SKIPLIST).
If you would like to use different keytones than these, choose No at the Default Keytones prompt and set up your own keytones in Setup > Keytones. If you choose Yes, the default keytones will be set for your new empty phonebook.
