The Setup Wizard will now show you a summary of the activities just completed. It is important to ensure that Power Management (which is located in the BIOS of the computer and Windows Control Panel) is turned off. This should be done by a qualified technician if you are not sure how to do it yourself. Click Finish to finish the Setup Wizard.

Now you should see the main screen of Rapid Contact.

If you are still having problems with some parts of the Setup Wizard, please call Marketel Technical Support at 1-866-896-8324.
The next step is to Register your software by entering the codes provided into the Help > License Information screen. Note:You must know the serial number of each dialer connected to the computer (this can be found on a silver sticker on the bottom of the dialer), and which comport each dialer is connected to. Dialer 1 is connected to Comport 1, Dialer 2 to Comport 2, etc. You must enter the code for each dialer into the box corresponding to which comport it is connected to.

Once you have entered the codes, click Save. If you are still unable to click on the menus, quit Rapid Contact and restart. If you still cannot click on the menus after restarting and are running multiple dialers, try switching the codes in License Information. Finally, if that doesn't work, please call MarkeTel Technical Support at 1-866-896-8324.
