Step 10
Turn the computer on as per instructions included with computer. Turn the dialer on by depressing switch located over the power cord.
Once the computer and dialer are both on check to see if the fans on the dialer are making noise/moving air.
There should also be a solid red light beside the RS-232 comport cable.
