Marketel Rapid Contact 6.200 and Virtual Display 3 released!
Once again Marketel has listened to it's clients requests and has added many new features to it's flagship product. For full details and a list of updates and new features Click Here.
The major things to note with the update are:
- Dialing order options now include all phonebook fields, more than doubling choices available, and allowing for user created dialing orders.
- The ability to do timed callbacks with Virtual Display 3.
- All result entry functions can be handled by Virtual Display 3.
- Phonebook fields are dynamically sent and received from Virtual Display 3, allowing for user additions to the database structure.
