"Life is Good @ MarkeTel"

     As you have read from our last newsletter, it has been close to four months since I joined MarkeTel. It has been an enjoyable and exciting experience. Life is good at MarkeTel! The warm welcome I have received from everyone is amazing. Even the weather is cooperating; we have not had a major snowstorm yet! I feel honored and privileged to be leading such a dynamic and brilliant team. The team at MarkeTel has been very busy driving in full force to serve you, our customer, to ensure you receive the utmost customer service experience and 100% satisfaction on our products.

     MarkeTel has been very successful for over ten years because of our customer centric culture. Customer service is not just a buzz in this organization. We listen to our customers and execute on the feedback. For example, in order to get customer feedback and do even more for our customers, we recently conducted a customer service survey. The results we received from the survey were not surprising. The majority of the scores and comments were very positive. What is amazing is the exceptionally high score we received for overall experience for MarkeTel and our Technical Support Department - the scores were 93% satisfaction for both of the categories. The high rating from our customers just proves that we are a high performance organization and our customers appreciate our great effort.

     Customers told us that they would like our doors to be opened earlier because they need help from our Technical Support team. Well, we have since changed our hours of operation to 8AM - 6PM (CST), instead of our previous hours of operation of 9AM - 5PM (CST). Customers also mentioned that they would like to have more communication with MarkeTel. We have established this monthly newsletter to ensure customers are connected with MarkeTel. These are just few examples to demonstrate that we do value our customers’ input and react quickly to their needs.

     MarkeTel has been an expert in the contact center business for many years. We would be happy to share with you our experience and success story because we want you to be successful as well! MarkeTel works hard to not only focus on serving our customers, but also to deliver high quality products. I will not get into the details of explaining customer service and quality in this month’s newsletter but we will be sharing with you our secrets of success in the following months. In December, we will reveal to you in detail, how to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in order to maintain a long-term relationship with your customers. In January, we will explain what quality is and why it is critical to ensure exceptional quality in the products or services that you provide to build a trusting and long-term relationship with your customers.

     We work with you, our partners, for long-term success together. MarkeTel’s ultimate goal is to ensure that you are successful in your business. We measure our success by our customer’s success. We truly believe that we are only successful when our customers are successful - simply put "your success is our success"! Life is good at MarkeTel because we feel good about the trusting relationship we have built with you. I want to personally thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you. We have sent a nice surprise to our current customers as a token of appreciation for their business. If you do not receive anything by mid-December, please contact us.
