CEO Introduction
We have had some very exciting changes here at MarkeTel in the past few months including the introduction of Mr. Ngee Cau, as our new CEO. Mr. Cau comes to us from Shanghai, China where he was with Microsoft in its Global Outsourcing department. He was responsible for vendor strategy, selection, and management for the Asia and Japan region. Prior to that Mr. Cau worked with Nortel Networks in Vancouver, Canada and Hong Kong.
Mr. Cau brings with him valuable hands-on experience in business development, expertise in contact center business, and most importantly focus on quality control and customer service. As Mr. Cau puts it, "Our priorities are ensuring high quality in our products, providing exceptional customer service and delivering spectacular results! We work with our customers in partnership. We evaluate our customer’s needs and work with them for the long-term success together. Our success is measured on our customer’s satisfaction and their success. Our customer’s success is our success!"
His working knowledge of North America and the Pacific Rim, combined with his exposure to the telecomm and outsourcing industries make him the ideal leader to drive MarkeTel towards its ambitious plans for expansion in the overseas markets.
