A report can be printed every day to tell you who worked, for
how long, how much, etc. The report tracks these details for each operator:

The total time the caller has been logged on for
the shift. (Talking + Waiting) |

The total time the caller has been talking. |

Percentage time connected. |

Average conversation length. |
 |
Number of connects per hour. (Hit rate) |

Total number of connects that shift. |

Totals for each key tone category (1's, 2's, 3's...) |
Summary information is also produced for all these categories.
This report can also be posted real-time to the manager's screen.
