Management Reports

A report can be printed every day to tell you who worked, for how long, how much, etc. The report tracks these details for each operator:

What time it was when they first logged onto the system.
The total time the caller has been logged on for the shift. (Talking + Waiting)
The total time the caller has been talking.
Percentage time connected.
Average conversation length.
Number of connects per hour. (Hit rate)
Total number of connects that shift.
Totals for each key tone category (1's, 2's, 3's...)

Summary information is also produced for all these categories.

This report can also be posted real-time to the manager's screen.

This powerful tool has allowed many business operators to finally take a hands off approach to operating their phone room.

Report Suite is also available for extended reports and "single click" analysis reports.
