MarkeTel Systems was incorporated in March of 1993 to develop
an outbound predictive dialer to respond to a market demand for affordable systems
for smaller call centers. The design was the brainchild of Robert Gill, president
of MarkeTel Systems. As a 12-year telemarketing veteran, Gill designed the system
with application needs on the forefront. MarkeTel Systems Technology is a combined
effort of the following agencies:
The National Research Council
provides funding, guidance in project management, and networking with the University of Regina and the Saskatchewan
Research Council. The U of R provided technical assistance for developing the scientific basis for the predictive
algorithm and some hardware design. The National Research Council is a continual and inexhaustible resource to
MarkeTel Systems.
Micrologic Engineering
has specialized in hardware design and Micro-controller programming for the past 20+ years. They continue to
work closely with MarkeTel Research developing new technologies for the call center industry world-wide.
Technology Management Corporation
TMC has worked side-by-side with MarkeTel Research since 2000 developing faster and more efficient software for use with MarkeTel
Predictive Dialers for both North America and around the globe. As an Authorized Development Partner,
TMC has a unique knowledge and the the ability to provide custom integrated systems to meet any organizations custom requirements.
