Description:
The Marketing Coordinator is a new position that provides a growth opportunity for the right candidate. You must have demonstrated the ability to: provide excellent internal and external customer service; plan, organize, and prioritize; maintain confidential/sensitive information; communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers and employees; multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment; interface successfully with individuals at all levels of the organization and; take initiative and follow-up on assigned projects.
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Project lead for company’s 5 year Strategy Plan.
- Work closely with the sales organization to respond to client/prospects request for information (RFP’s, etc) including proposal writing, prepare bids, and review specifications.
- Drive marketing initiatives, such as crafting marketing documents.
- Create presentations, update and provide communication materials including product guides.
- Responsible for management of sales/leads reports.
- Prepare analysis and market reports for sales and management.
Requirements:
- Excellent writing skills and previous experience with business planning.
- Proven organizational and project management skills.
- Four-year degree in business, preferably majoring in Marketing.
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience as a sales and marketing coordinator.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, various design software).
- IT/Technical experience not necessary, but an interest or acumen for the information technology field is desired.
- Intense business curiosity.
